We teach according to the original Bikram Yoga method (also known as Bikram hot yoga or the authentic hot yoga). Bikram Yoga 90 minutes consists of a series of 26 postures and two breathing exercises, performed in a specific order in which the entire body is worked through. This form of yoga focuses on balance, strength and flexibility, and you will not only be able to repair damage and strengthen your posture, but also to achieve greater endurance, concentration, mental and physical ability. This sequence of yoga postures and breathing exercises are selected and developed from Hatha (physical) yoga. Our 60 minutes of classes are structured in the same way, only with fewer repetitions. It provides a quicker pace in a more compressed form – but without compromising all the great benefits of Bikram yoga.

- The class is carried out in a warm room – 40 degrees
Everybody – women and men – beginners and experts! We recommend that you come to a 90 minute class before trying our 60 minute class.
Yoga mat, 2 x towels and water. You can also rent mat and towels in studio.
