Bikram Yoga is a challenging 90 minute yoga class, consisting of 26 postures practiced in a heated room. The class is designed to work through 100% of your body, bring your body back into balance, heal injuries and create strength and flexibility. The unique combination of postures in the class is optimal for detoxification of the body, providing increased cardiovascular training, give more energy, relieves stress and heal past injuries.
Sweat is GOOD
Bikram Yoga is practiced in a room heated to 40°C. The heat boosts metabolism, detoxifies the body and improves flexibility of your muscles providing you the increased flexibility allowing you greater security when working with the postures. The various poses stimulates the organs, glands and nervous systems, and ensures that circulation of fresh oxygenated blood throughout the body.

Anyone can take advantage of Bikram Yoga. Even if you’ve never practiced yoga, feel inflexible, injured or out of shape. Bikram Yoga is designed for beginners as well as experienced, that has a more regular yoga practice. No experience is necessary – just come and try.
Your first Bikram Yoga class is not only exciting, but also at times an overwhelming experience that lead to lots of doubts and questions such as: “Is this the right thing for me?”. We understand your reservations and uncertainties as newcomers. Therefore, we give you some tips to ensure that you get to enjoy your first yoga experience with us.
Start slowly
The classes are suitable for all levels. If it’s your first Bikram Yoga class, introduce yourself to the instructor before the class. If you have injuries or anything else that concerns you, please let the instructor know before the class starts. We are interested in making your Bikram Yoga class an inspiring and positive experience. So the more we know about you, the better we can meet your personal needs.
Give yourself time
Don’t be turned off after your first Bikram Yoga class. You will benefit from taking your next class within the next 24 hours. Your body needs time to adapt, so be patient and look forward to many inspiring classes ahead of you, each time will feel different.
