Terms and Conditions
All memberships and clipcards can be used for all types of classes. The clip cards (5 clips) have 3 months of expiration date and can be shared with others. Cancellation of class should be no later than 4 hours before start in order to avoid a fee for 70 kr. Workshops must be be cancelled no later than 2 days before start, to have the full payment returned.

You can return your purchase within 14 days. If the clipcard or membership has already been activated, the right of cancellation no longer applies.

Yearcards and monthly memberships (auto-pay) can be put on hold  (minimum 14 days and maximum 3 months per year). Hold period cost 100 kr. per hold. We always need written information to our mail before the holiday starts indicating the period.

Cancellation of memberships are with minimum one month notice depending on your due date, so you will always pay for a full month after cancellation. We need information about cancellation in written to our mail. It is not possible to suspend the membership in the cancellation period. We need information about cancellation in written to our mail.
